14-day refunds
If VisaRoles is not right for you, email hello@visaroles.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Renewals
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Renewal payments can be refunded within 7 days if the product was not used after renewal.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
