As a Product Manager in the Total Benefits product area, you will support our strategic partnership growth initiatives by building a new platform for benefits. Our mission is to reimagine how customers deliver exceptional benefits to employees while managing cost.
We are seeking a product leader to define and execute the vision for partner ecosystem integrations within our benefits platform. In this role, you will capitalize on platform economics to unlock new revenue opportunities, leading high-impact initiatives from initial strategy and zero-to-one product development through full-scale global deployment.
About the Role
You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, with an immediate focus on scaling out existing partner swimlanes while leading expansion efforts in new domains.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Activate value for the ecosystem: leverage technology, strong relationships and GTM techniques to launch partner based solutions, communicate value and drive adoption
Prioritize for Cost to Value: Ruthlessly prioritize each sprint and the roadmap using data (customer usage, market analysis) and a clear focus on the highest-impact features for the ecosystem
Think AI-First: build intelligent, agent-based, or machine learning-powered solutions at every opportunity
Drive Product Definition & Execution: Write clear, concise product briefs while using AI to accelerate time to prototype and time to delivery alongside engineering, design and QA
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across business development, partner success, and customer success as the product expert and foundation for successful GTM

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
