Design agentic compliance workflows: You'll build AI-driven decisioning that automates routine checks end-to-end, reserving human judgment for the cases that truly need it. Simplify periodic reviews: You'll rethink how we re-verify high-risk customers over time, cutting friction without cutting rigor. Modernize the onboarding stack: You'll help migrate hundreds of Ops reviewers off a legacy tool onto a new, purpose-built workflow platform. Partner daily with Ops: You'll ship changes that directly shape the daily work of a large, global operations team. ➡️ What we're looking for Compliance or risk product experience: You've shipped products in KYC, AML, fraud, or another regulated domain. Complex rules, made simple: You know how to translate dense regulatory logic into clear, buildable workflows.
