Senior Software Engineer - Treasury

In Renaissance Florence, wealthy merchants faced a dilemma: where could they safely store their gold without it sitting idle. The Medici family offered a radical alternative. They invited individuals to deposit their gold and other assets with their institution, promising not only secure storage but also active deployment in trade and finance and accessible when needed. This groundbreaking approach allowed depositors to earn tangible returns on their wealth, offering a sophisticated alternative to traditional, static storage. The spirit of innovation and financial ingenuity that defined Renaissance Florence finds a powerful echo in the modern startup world. Mercury brings that same spirit to building an exceptional banking* experience for all. We’ve created an investment platform that helps startups put idle cash to work by combining safety and yield in one elegant package. Think of it as institutional-grade cash management reimagined for ambitious startups. Treasury is a team of full-stack engineers that are building the end to end onboarding, portfolio recommendation, dashboard, and tooling experiences that manage billions in customer funds.
