Our Security team works to create and maintain the safest operating environment for Google's users and developers. Security Engineers work with network equipment and actively monitor our systems for attacks and intrusions. In this role, you will also work with software engineers to proactively identify and fix security flaws and vulnerabilities. As a Generative AI Senior Security Engineer on the Content Adversarial Red Team (CART) who is part of a broader cross-team collaborative effort focused on frontier safety, you will lead offensive cyber misuse red teaming across Google's Frontier Generative AI products. You will design and execute sophisticated adversarial evaluations covering multi-stage cyber kill chains, exploit and malware generation, security control bypasses, and indirect prompt injection (IPI). Partnering closely with cross-function stakeholders and within Responsible AI (RAI) Testing teams, you will translate test results into reports and findings that protect users and potential targets of cyber misuse attacks.
