You will operate in ambiguity and influence senior leaders and partner teams across a large, global organization to adopt a shared standard for knowledge quality and governance.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to influence others outside of the direct line of reporting, build cross-organizational partnerships, and advocate on behalf of the customer
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations and identify and resolve blockers with minimal guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Sound editorial judgment in how knowledge and content are communicated across a large, global organization
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
