Technical Requirements e xperienced in:
Software engineering, or an equivalent combination of professional experience, education, and technical training.
Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE , Node.js , and object-oriented programming principles.
Designing, implementing, and supporting system integrations using APIs , messaging frameworks, and batch processing solutions.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex production issues within highly available, business-critical environments.
Working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , including solution architecture, development, testing, release management, deployment, and production support.
Leading complex technology initiatives, driving technical delivery, and mentoring software engineers and development teams.
Technical Skills
Programming Languages: Java, Node.js, or other object-oriented programming languages.
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes.
Databases: PostgreSQL (preferred); exposure to Databricks and/or Snowflake is highly desirable.
Monitoring & Development Tools: GitHub Copilot (GHCP), Grafana, Claude Code, and modern software engineering toolchains.
Preferred Attributes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to operate effectively in complex enterprise environments.
Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
