Job Summary We are seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to lead the strategic management of our Cardiac and Interventional portfolio, including Cath Lab consumables, procedure packs and related solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking, clinical understanding and commercial acumen to grow a portfolio that delivers real value to customers and patients. Job Description About the Role As Product Manager, you will take ownership of the ANZ Cardiac and Interventional portfolio, with a strong focus on downstream execution and delivering commercial growth outcomes. This is not a traditional desk-based product management role. We're looking for someone who can take a growth mindset and turn opportunities into results. You'll spend your time working closely with customers, clinicians, sales teams and key stakeholders to drive product adoption, execute successful launches, deliver education programs and identify opportunities to expand the portfolio. If you enjoy translating strategy into action and making a measurable impact on business performance, this could be the role for you. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute portfolio strategies that support sustainable sales growth and profitability. Identify market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform business decisions. Execute new product introductions, product launches and marketing campaigns. Manage product lifecycle activities, including portfolio optimisation and SKU rationalisation. Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, distributors and industry stakeholders. Deliver product education, clinical training and support programs for internal and external customers. Partner with Sales teams to provide product, pricing and market insights. Drive cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives across the portfolio. About You You may be an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager looking to further develop your skills within a technically complex healthcare portfolio. Alternatively, you may be a Cath Lab specialist professional seeking to leverage your clinical expertise in a commercial role focused on product strategy, growth and market development.
