Your Impact Full Lifecycle Development : Will work in an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products. DevOps & Microservices : Help the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture. Embrace AI technology : Leveraging these transformative technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features. Adaptable & Problem-Solver : Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly. Ownership & Quality : Take responsibility for leading tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues, all with a level of high attention to detail. Support & Growth : Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of fellow engineers to help you get up to speed and grow your skills. Minimum Qualifications: 3rd Level Qualification : Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering). Coding Aptitude : Programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly. Problem Solver : Ability to apply and use a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems. Adaptable & Collaborative : Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely. Quality Focus : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results. Preferred Qualifications: Any of the following skills would be particularly advantageous, but we welcome applications without these: Knowledge of programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript Experience with data science / AI Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
