We are a product team focused on improving merchant growth certainty on Shop Ads. Centered on GMVmax, we build scalable products that help merchants identify key issues, discover growth opportunities, and take clear, actionable next steps. Through diagnostics, recommendations, benefits, and creative insights, we drive best-practice adoption ultimately improving GMV performance and long-term revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Work with the lead Product Manager to build TikTok shop ads products like diagnosis, benift, recommendation, insight products that help advertisers follow ads best practice and grow their business on Tiktok shop. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like operations, engineering, data science, platform to define goals, develop, test, and launch products - Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline. - Be able to understand clients' measurement metrics and budget allocation logics, dig out requirements from the clients' perspective. - Focus on achieving tangible outcomes and key performance indicators. - Proven ability to think logically and strategically, with some experience in product planning and design that aligns with overarching business goals. - Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
