RISE Software Engineer

The RISE Engineer, R otations at I ntuitive S cience and E ngineering, completes 4 x six-month assignments across various functions and business units to complete a 2-year program.  The program provides accelerated learning and development experience along with acquisition of product knowledge, technical skills, and professional development.  Some of the assignment rotations may include product design, manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, supplier engineering, and process engineering.  At the conclusion of the RISE program, participants will have the opportunity to interview for any available permanent positions within the organization for which they are qualified. Essential Job Duties Support key technical projects across the business units.  Transfer of project knowledge and key information to other RISE Engineers. Network with mentor and other Intuitive employees for greater organization understanding and growth. Attend RISE training sessions for increased technical and soft skills. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
