The most meaningful work of your career is waiting. Join us. About the Team: The Terrestrial Software team is building the foundation for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform. Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars. Today, that means partnering directly with teams across design, materials, manufacturing, and test and launch to design, implement, and deploy end-user enterprise-wide applications, industrial automation, data analytics infrastructure, and next-generation AI to solve real problems and accelerate progress. Long term, the team is laying the groundwork for a modular, scalable software platform that can power highly autonomous operations on Earth and beyond. The Factory Platform team builds tools that power design and manufacturing operations at Relativity. We create applications that help engineers analyze test data, plan production schedules, manage supply chains, and make faster, better-informed decisions. Our work spans the full stack—from data pipelines processing telemetry from test stands to intuitive front-ends that put insights in engineers' hands. We work closely with design engineers, manufacturing operators, supply chain teams, and test engineers to understand their workflows, automate manual processes, and build tools that accelerate progress from design to launch. About the Role: As a Full Stack Software Engineer I on the Factory Platform team, you will build applications that directly support design and manufacturing engineers across the company. You'll work on projects like automating the analysis of telemetry data streaming from test stands, building tools to streamline supply chain and production planning processes, and creating dashboards that give engineers real-time visibility into manufacturing operations. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user requirements to designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions. You'll work across the stack—building responsive front-ends, scalable back-ends, and data pipelines that connect systems together. You'll follow agile development practices, write quality code that is continuously integrated and deployed, and iterate based on feedback from the engineers and operators who use your tools every day.
