We are looking for a motivated and skilled software engineer to work as an AI-First Staff Software Engineer to design and develop solutions for our customer use-cases and issues. As a member of the group, you will convert commercial pain points into impactful software offerings via focused, sprint-style execution, where understanding each client need deeply is more important than trying to provide the ideal outcome. We operate in a "good enough, faster" environment, where achieving the maximum impact in the shortest possible time frame is of paramount importance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Work as an Artificial Intelligence-First Software Engineer who engages directly in the customers' environment to understand and solve their issues.
Use Agentic AI and Spec Driven Development to develop products and solutions with an AI-First mindset.
Participate actively in architectural and design decisions, exercising sound technical judgment to ensure solution delivery in the fastest possible time.
Mentor and coach junior engineers and interns, contributing to a collaborative team culture. Manage individual project priorities and tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic environment.
Communicate and collaborate effectively within a geographically distributed team structure.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience programming in C++.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8 years of experience in professional software development.
Experience with backend distributed systems, databases, and full-stack development.
Experience in Spec Driven Development using Agentic AI.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Golang and experience in testing and launching distributed systems, storage, and related software products.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
